hello, readers this is enggdeepak.   I want to tell you about the body importance, Body is the real temple for which you have to be very carefull because it is only requirement which needs everywhere, if you are happy or if you are sad but you need your body everytime.  But people do not think about it.

Lets take a example, cigarette people know very well even they can see, how much cigarette is harmful to the body but they just ignore it regurarly use it and enjoy.

 Even the case of cigarette shows the harmfulness of the cigarette but they donot look for it and just throw it away and move the carbon all around in the body.  So please think aboout your body and love it, because it going to be with you in any circumstances.
