Actually I am not able to understand what to do, nobody is clear about my stories, actually it is not so easy as it's looks. Please help me

1. need a plot!
2. need some characters or at least one or two to start
3. Start writing...keep a second sheet for listing characters..who they are and what they do....eventually they will take over and the story will roll!!
